Growing up in a family of commercial contractors, Sean decided to continue the family heritage. He began attending MSU after moving to Montana from his home state of Oregon. Upon graduating with a Construction Management degree, Sean joined the Fay Management team and has been involved in the successful completion of many quality homes and outbuildings.

Sean’s technical skills have enabled Fay Management to refine our estimating, scheduling, and cost controls. But most significant is Sean’s willingness to roll up his sleeves and get the job done, no matter what the task. His attention to detail ensures that each project is thoroughly completed.

Sean’s pursuit of outdoor activities has taken a new twist in recent years, as he now enjoys sharing his hunting, fishing, and camping experiences with his son, Quinnlyn. To add to his excitement in the outdoors he has a self proclaimed “too many” dogs - all of which have the potential to be hunters, but are not.

Any additional time Sean has is spent with his wife Emily, often working on their historic house in Bozeman.
