Mary Strong – Project Manager
Mary has been the backbone of Fay Management since her arrival in 2003. Prior to joining Fay Management, Mary worked on a 13,000 acre ranch as their Natural Resource Specialist – managing rangeland, aquatics, timber, and wildlife. Her interest in land management led her to obtain certification by Land EKG – a range monitoring system. Mary is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in microbiology and has received additional education in stream ecology, timber management, erosion, and soil reclamation.
In addition to her extensive educational background and her experience on the ground, Mary has proven to be an effective project manager in her time at Fay Management. Mary has a proven track record in which she has exhibited excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a quiet competence which has resulted in smoothly run projects and generated respect and appreciation from her peers and clients.
Mary’s extensive knowledge of the various resources found on the ranches we manage provides her with a unique understanding of the inter-relationship of these resources. She utilizes her knowledge and skills to provide the oversight needed to insure the recreational and agricultural goals of the ranch owner are met and exceeded by recognizing and enhancing the unique attributes of every ranch we manage.
