Mary is the backbone of Fay Management, her varied experiences and attention to detail help each member of our team be successful in satisfying our clients’ needs. Her specific interests in land management led her to become certified by Land EKG – a range monitoring system. In addition she has attended classes and seminars in stream ecology, timber management, erosion, and soil reclamation. Since she joined Fay Management, Mary has enjoyed seeing clients and their properties benefit from various enhancement projects and proper land stewardship.
A Colorado native, she attended Colorado State University earning a Microbiology degree. Her experiences at CSU included aquatic research in the Rocky Mountain National Park’s high alpine lakes. Prior joining Fay Management, Mary worked on a large ranch in Montana as their Natural Resource Specialist – managing rangeland, aquatics, timber, and wildlife.
Mary and her husband Matt enjoy their outdoor pursuits – fishing, skiing, photography, and hunting - while living on the family ranch in Paradise Valley.
