A native to the Gallatin Valley, Bob brings a wealth of experience to the
Fay Management team. His varied background fits our company’s focus perfectly,
but his most significant strength is his knowledge of agricultural operations
throughout the state.
Growing up on the Flying D Ranch, Bob has hands on experience
in all aspects of a working ranch – cattle, haying,
irrigation, and horses. This is exemplified through his
pursuit of rodeo competition throughout college and continues
as a hobby today.
A passionate hunter, Bob spent 18 years as an outfitter
and guide – fishing, big game hunting, and bird
hunting. During this time he helped to establish the
hunting program on the Flying D Ranch. Bob’s combined
experience and knowledge in agriculture and wildlife
make him uniquely qualified to assist our clients in
the development of new management schemes which balance
these uses on their properties.
In addition to his varied outdoor interests and career
experiences, Bob also spent 12 years working in the architectural
field. During this time he worked in a variety of capacities – drafting,
project management, and construction administration.
Living in the rural community of Gallatin Gateway, Bob
now enjoys sharing his Montana traditions with his two
daughters Kayleigh and Jessica.
