Andy Ferré

Andy’s technical background and eye for the landscape provides him with the capabilities to help our clients develop a vision for their property and follow it through. He is actively involved in each of the projects, as well as in the management of the business operations.

After graduating from MSU with a Construction Engineering degree Andy spent 6 years working as a project manager for a premier residential contractor. During his tenure with that firm he was fortunate to work on projects which set the standard for the “Montana Rustic” vernacular which is so popular today. Many of these projects have been show-cased in feature articles and books. While still involved in many “rustic” designed projects, Andy has enjoyed expanding his exposure to many different styles of design with Fay Management’s clients.

Life long involvement in the building trades instilled in Andy the value of relationships. He has focused his career on developing and maintaining long term relationships with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers. It is through these relationships that Fay Management can ensure the delivery of premium quality projects delivered on time and on budget.

Andy has found that his project management skills transcend all our property management projects, which enables Fay Management to proactively manage all aspects of our clients’ improvements.

With an outdoor hobby for every season, Andy is always on the go. His deepest passions reside in the pursuit of fishing with his wife – Maria, and bird hunting with his two Springer Spaniels – Rip and Tear.
